Investigation of the Effect of Raising and Finishing Process on the Physical Performance of 3-Thread Fleece Fabric

Within the scope of study, pre-softening, raising and final softening processes were applied to 2 selected fabrics under different conditions. The fastness, air permeability bursting strength tests performed on samples obtained after processes, effect process conditions researched performance values was examined. This paper is also detailed by statistical analysis. When results examined, it seen that best result in terms fastness fabric with 50% waste + PES back yarn. As a process, determined single passage micro silicon pre-softening at speed 15m / min, then low concentration polyvinyl acetate-based binder softener mixture.
